Viewsat xtreame. File load problem

Started the loader found the file and pc to stb option... This took me to the window that said something something sending and nothing happened What's wrong? please help P.S. Got all the files from totalfta.com

U may need to copy/paste that zmodem file in to ur system folder on the c drive. Also, where did u get the cable? Where did u get the loader? Whats the name of the loader program?

Can u please give ma a link to files/loader so I can a correct one if possible HELP is APPRECIATED
