Trying to Scan for Satelittes, have a Dish Pro LNB, and Panstat 3500SD. When going into advanced scan, it only finds Horizontal frequencies and not Vertical -- Antenna Setup Settings --- LNB type = Dish=Pro LNB Local-Freq = 11250 22KHz = OFF DisCEq = #1 Legacy SW = None Skew = 45 TP - can change to anything to see signal streingth Positioner Settings = Disable
----- I go to Advanced Satelitte Scan --- Loking for Nogin Freq 12414 Down Frequency = 12414 Symbol Rate = 20.000 Msps Polarity = Horiziontal, when I change to Vertical, I do not get any siginal
I suspect that is why I am not getting some channles, like Nogin
Tried Blind Scan - Horizontal, begins with a line and adds little blocks on top of the line, and I get about 30% of the line covered with blocks, extreme left and extreme right, no coverage in the middle, only found 36 transponders Vertical - Exact same layout (coverage) as Horizontal
I believe U definitely may need to tweak the alignment...
BTW...u should do says scans too with NO switches connected, and shut off the other LNB's , while scanning each satellite...But U don't say what sats or receiver U are using and wanting...and your antenna settings don't indicate which sats
Hey, paul Now you are saying NO switch used, OK, on your settings listed at the top DiSEqC =#1 change #1 to OFF. EchoStar 7 has only 21 TPs You are saying that you are getting 36DFreq. What do you mean by that?
I have 75 different DFreq[MHz] Horizontal and Vertical, Listed in TP Scan for Echo 7/Ku
I don't understand Your 36DFreq. When I Do a blind scan I get only 36 blocks above the line... it seems that I am only picking up some of the satelitte and not all of it.
