Instructions: First you must make sure you have a RS-232C DB-9 Null modem Serial Cable Connect it to the Serial Port on the back of your computer and the other end to the back of your Viewsat
Make sure your Viewsat Power Switch on the rear is in the off position Double Click Loader2 to open the application Click Open Files Choose and Double Click DBPSW_070911X.PGM Click PC -> STB Turn Power Switch on the rear to the On Position Now the software will load and you will see some activity. Just let it finish and wait for the Viewsat to completely Shut Off and fully Restart.
