I'm posting direct-links to the latest bins for Pansat receivers. If you're looking for the latest bin for your Pansat, please check in here. Pansat 2500 and 2300 are DEAD, and that's why there are no latest bins for those receivers.
Is that 2700a file clone safe? I just flashed my clone receiver back to 2500 and now I'm gonna flash it back to 2700. The reason I did that was, I've been flashing the latest 2700 bin's, but I couldn't get it to work. What happened was I flashed a vortex file (VorteX_87VX_071023_B75_2018...23 October.zip) which I found at ftaprosupport.c*m. I then turned on my receiver I hit ok on "installation" cuz you gotta set everything up again, went to antenna setup and selected echo7 and echo3 which is what I have. Now, when I tried to set echo7, where it says Diseqc you have numbers 0,1,2,3 well echo7 is 3, but the bar (which is supposed to increase when you find the right dish) was stuck on 30% and wouldn't increase. So, I want to know anyone with a clone 2700, are you watching dish network programming w/o channels missing to scrambled? Which bin should I use or should I wait a few days? Also, when I flashed that vortex bin, my remote was acting strange. Page down button didnt work nor the "0". I went to factory restore and tried to enter 0000, but nothing.
The bin for Pansat 2700 CLONES is out, but it's only for testers ... if you want to use it, please let me know and i'll give u the link ... it's a USE AT YOUR OWN RISK bin.
when converting the 2500 to the 2700, you can only use the jvvh files for the 2700 conversion. ONLY use these files with these letters in it, after conversion. no other clone files will work, especially the original 2700 files that come out. only jvvh files!
I converted my Megasat YT6688 to Pansat 2700 clone exactly how it said. All that i see is a blank screen and nothing else. Can you let me know what would have gone wrong. Greatly appreciate for any help provided. I get only three satellites to select and scan. Have i used any wrong files.
READ your Channel list with Channel MAster and leave open in background.
1. Open/Run the Blacklist updater included 2. Make sure BIN is Selected not BOOT you are writing a Bin 3. Click select BIN 4. Choose j27_205_1.bin 5. Reboot reciever, on first light/dash, Click write bin. let it write When it is done, Be PATIENT!!!! let it reboot after 2-3 minutes you will see B-75 Flash on display of reciever. 6. Click select BIN 7. Choose jvvh_208_1.bin 8. Reboot reciever on first light Click write bin. let it write. let it reboot after 1 minute you will see B-75 Flash on display of reciever. 9. now Rewrite your Channel list back, BUT, BIG BUT, you must now select the 2700 settings in Channel master. 10. reconnect to Tv, select default key from parental options(key menu) let it roll 11. wait for next round

Ok, I need help. I have a Pansat 3500SD and I'm having trouble with the BIN File thing. I downloaded the file given above, but as the "Guide" says, you have to "Restore Data" by going to SD Memory in the main menu. I try to do that but whenever I press "OK" with the bin file selected, nothing happens. It's supposed to restore and reboot the receiver, but it doesn't.
Tamara, go to dssrookie.com, free register, go to pansat section in the forum, then to pansat 2500 files you will find bin jvvh218_pt. It works great for converted 2500-2700. good luck
