Hoping someone could tell me what's going on with my tv.
I have a Samsung HLS4266W that I bought a couple a month ago and it's starting to go crazy on me. I got the three led blinking lights on the power button so my assumptions were the lamp. Luckily I had a spare lamp, replaced it, same issue.
A Samsung technician was able to come to my house and found out the ballast was dead. He replaced the ballast and everything seems to be fine.
Now, a couple of days later after the ballast was replaced, the dreaded three blinking lights showed up again. I'm thinking it's the ballast again because once the tv shut off on its own, I noticed an odor coming from the tv.
