Number of Channels - Help

I am getting justa little over 200 on one and less than 200 on the other. Can anyone tell me the number of stations that I should be getting and why I am not getting them all. Is the strength of the signal 80/70 Please help me understand. I see a great deal of channels that I am not getting.}}
