The freq is 11250...but all the other settings are dependent on U...which type LNB's, what type switch, which ports U use in the switch, and howe configured to each receiver, etc....there are NO standard settings for every house...all houses may be different...just like all plumbing will differ...
LNB If single (1 Sat) try Standard then scan Some times by trial and error may try different options
Don't play with the freq usually default freq will work LO= 11.25GHz is the same as 11250 MHz Basically what that means yo reject any freq below this level otherwise yo'll get so much garbage frequency
HI= You don't want to pick any freq higher than 12.75 GHz
The 2 variable field usually LNB Type and DISEqC port (if aplicable) i.e. no DISEqC port if single LNB
