Okay, I have been dealing with this for about a week now I have gotten some info from other parts of this forum but no resolution. So, I decided to list in the "Channel List" section.
I downloaded my channels via my SD card from my Pansat. It's a .bin file. I am using the latest version of Channel Master to edit the channels. Only thing I did was select all the channels and delete the duplicates. That is all. No I save it and load it back on the STB. Reboot. Now here lies the problem. All the channels comes in fine including the channel name but the channel number (SID) are all zeros. Which means I can't even change the channels via number pad.
Also I went on Pansatusa site and downloaded there version of a channel editor. You would think that would work fine but that only opens a file type of .gtd?????
What would be the best way to do this? Software? Tutorials?
