is there a b-75 update thats clone safe. i tried to update a b-75 and it seemed to burn the reciever so im curious if it is one of those things that happened or did it fry the reciever cause its not clone safe
There is a B75 update package made specifically for 2700 CLONES...its located in the PANSAT FILES section in the forums at www.dsscommunity.co*m ...U can't miss it!...its a 'sticky" there...all the needes b75 upgrade files U need are in it too...and so is the latest 2700 clone bin 209v1 w tivo..
2. Open new [ Pansat-C STB Loader Version [ Pansat-C 27.02.exe]. <--(Included in a Zip File)
3. Click Select File and open Boot_2700A (b75) _ (07)0310 new boot file. <--(Included in a Zip File)
4. Turn the receiver power ON and click Download File and wait until Download Completed OK will appear.
5. Front LED will display moving b-7-5 left to right if upgraded succeeded.
6. Open new api bin file matching with b75 boot version (Pansat-C 2700 200v1 Tivo) <--(Included in a Zip File) (Any api version dated on or after Mar 10, 2007 and click Download.
Wait until Download Completed OK appears.
Front LED will display b-7-5 and channel number will appear shortly.
If your receiver is in Factory Default Condition, front LED will appear ON shortly.
2. b75 boot upgrade needed only one time for each Receiver.
