I seem to be having a problem with my cable service. I decided to go cheap this time and just have the cable company come out and install my cable modem only.
They did this, and I spliced and ran cable to the whole house. Everything worked fine. Then my roommate moved out and had the service turned off on me to be Jerk.
Anyhow, the same day I called the cable company and told them to come and turn it back on, which they did the very next day, but now this time I can only get 4 channels on my TV.
The cable modem works fine and I checked the splitters under the house, in the cable box thing against the side of the house, and everything looks exactly the same.
I can't seem to figure out what the cable company did on this one, if anyone has any ideas or suggestions on what to try, please let me know.
