Platinum Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 11421 Registered: Jan-06 | hey King...why get the latest PGM at totalfta.....but then go to another site for the loader?....maybe U should call Dishnet too...LMAO and what the hell is nimiq 1-4 ?...does Bev have new sats now?...lol time to change the channel on my toaster...later...gotta get up early and call Dishnet and Bev for Tee...LMAO |
Gold Member Username: TapemanNew York City in-HD, NY Post Number: 1274 Registered: Oct-06 | How are yo boss I'm just giving Tee some work out like runing laps Maybe a jump start To tell you the truth boss I don't even know who is got latest bins lately few sites were down past few days Yea what is namiq-4? Have a good sleep |
Platinum Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 11424 Registered: Jan-06 | Most sites haven't changed....same /same as before...and my "Recommended sites" thread here...and totalfta.com is STILL the "unofficial" Viewsat site...it has ALL the Viewsat files, loaders, manuals, discussions etc...no need to get the VS files there and the VS loader elsewhere...LMAO. BTW...there is NO N 1-4 |
Bronze Member Username: Ragidy57Post Number: 12 Registered: Aug-07 | Thanks king sorry but its nimiq 1,3. i have noticed it has some ppv movie channels and the espn channels, speed, channels that i dont see on the 8 10. thanks again |
Silver Member Username: Donnie1973Post Number: 692 Registered: May-06 | now cant u get all three with one dish? i have a friend that has all three using an lnb bracket for nimiq. I havent seen it, just going by what he says. Just curious. |
Gold Member Username: NydasPost Number: 3437 Registered: Jun-06 | Tee: You can have four LNBs or scan 4 sites from one 33" dish. However, you are far better off with two 20" elliptical dishes. |

Silver Member Username: JojogunFairfield, CA United States Post Number: 290 Registered: Apr-06 | I just set up my system to get Nimiq 82 and 91, Echo Star 110 and 119 on the same dish and it works fine. I ordered a toroidal dish which can accept several lnbs on the same dish. Finally I don't have a bunch of dishes on my roof getting the neighbors attention. Here is where I ordered the dish from. The website say they are out of stock but call because it said the same when I ordered my dish. http://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Products/WF/T55P-55cm-toroidal-wave-frontier-multifeed -dish-antenna.htm |
Platinum Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 11437 Registered: Jan-06 | The T55 is a great dish...but a bich to align and very costly... |
Silver Member Username: JojogunFairfield, CA United States Post Number: 291 Registered: Apr-06 | My total cost including shipping and handling was $128.26 and my friend and followed the instructions and had it aligned in about 15 or 20 minutes. |
Platinum Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 11447 Registered: Jan-06 | then "your friend" is VERY good...fastest man on earth...and u bought 4 LNB's for $48.27, including taxes for dish and LNB's...well thats pretty amazing...... |
Gold Member Username: NydasPost Number: 3459 Registered: Jun-06 | It is obvious that a lot of people besides LK know where and how to get their receivers and dishes and know how to align them. It is a surprise to nobody else except LK |
Platinum Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 11450 Registered: Jan-06 | aah..I posted about sadoun, com here 100 times beginning 4 years ago...and I know fast it takes to align a T55...and I know the costs...u can check them yourself at that sadoun link...each LMB is $30 x 4 = $120 plus $80 for that dish and LNB holders (no LNBs are included with the dish) = a MINIMUM of $200 plus tax for about $220 or so, PLUS SHIPPING costs = about $250 or so.....obviously U can't read or add!....LMAO |
Platinum Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 11451 Registered: Jan-06 | nalin....U have never aligned ANY dish in your life....and couldn't align a simple 1 satellite 110 or 119 dish...U think ladders are ONLY for getting up on your camel... |
Silver Member Username: JojogunFairfield, CA United States Post Number: 292 Registered: Apr-06 | LK....i didn't buy the lnbs...I used the same ones I already had. I only bought the dish. They sell the lnbs separate. I just took the 4 lnbs from the two dishes I already had and mounted them on my new dish. Simple task. |
Platinum Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 11455 Registered: Jan-06 | jojo...thats the ONLY way the price could make sense....MOST people don't know that the LNB's are NOT usually provided with the T55, and must usually be purchased seperately....as u can see here, nalin didn't know...an allegedly she is a FTA whiz...LMAO Your friend has the fastest time in history ...15 minutes to align 4 LNB's and connect cables...hell, it takes me 10 minutes just to pull the ladder out of the shed and drag it to the house... |
Silver Member Username: JojogunFairfield, CA United States Post Number: 293 Registered: Apr-06 | LK....When I said 15 or 20 minutes perhaps I exaggerated a bit. But there is a curved bar which all the lnbs are aligned on. The only big thing was getting the elevation and the skew...especially the skew..at the exact correct angle. We had a sattelite finder and also we had the tv and receiver hooked up outside so we could see the signal strength and quality on the lnbs while he adjusted the dish antenna. It wasn't a picnic like I first indicated but my friend is an expert at aligning dishes and we got finally got there. |
Platinum Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 11461 Registered: Jan-06 | Jojo...now U are...talking sense...I have installed many T55's myself, especially when they first came out a few years back...they do take time and patience, a sat meter, and drag a small tv up there with ya too...they're NOT fun...but are good if you INSIST on having ONLY 1 dish...and don't mind spending about $250 usually for it and a couple hours getting it aligned and cabled.... |
