is it just me or are there dish people walking the streets asking to subscribe to their service..strange.....this week alone i had two knocks on my door....
Rogers cable is doing the same up here. The're offering bundle packages with home phone ,internet, cell, And NO contracts and free installation! Blows BEV outta the water!
I had a receiver go bad after only 2 years of service. I was told it was my problem. My dish got blown out of alignment during a wind storm, no picture. Called them up and it was only a $100 charge for them to come out and tighten a bolt. Constantly lost signal, rain, wind, snow, clouds, neighbor's dog fArting, you name it! Then after I cancelled, 4 different ppl called wanting feedback on why I cancelled. They don't even know what's going on in their own treehouse, let alone capable of properly servicing me as a paying customer. I kept telling them that I'm not a customer anymore and to stop calling me. They always acted like I was lying to them.
Well atleast you counld understand them.When I have problems with there services[Bev] I get ppl that speak english worse than I speak spanish or french .I repeat I asked or prompted to the ENGLISH language and they say thats what I 'm talking too,can't understand a thing they say!
They hire nothing but pakistani and french/indian/arabs at there call centres.
