did anyone test this file? does it work? it seems impossible because FLU has 1 MB and PS2700 has 2MB flash memory

It works. I'm running it right now on a pansat 2500 clone which is essentially the same thing as a fortec ultra. It's very easy to install the bin and the autoroll works very well. The only pain is the fact that it takes about 20 seconds to turn on the receiver after a cold boot, but it's not like you have to do that very often anyway so all is good :-)

so next time when you flash the stb do you use regular 2700a bin or do you have to wait for the clone file from chancy?

I managed to load the 205 bin but can't get the 208 bin to take - write keeps failing. Receiver is a pansat 3000 which I've been told is a clone. 205 bin is working but I have to enter keys manually.

To tell you the truth I'm not sure what bin you would use. I doubt it would be the pansat 2700 bin considering it's a 2MB file and the 2500's memory is only 1MB. I'm guessing it would have to be a modded compressed file.

jack i am afraid so. but hopefully we wont have to wait long for modded bins after the PS2700 releases new files.
