How do I add a Channel to Viewsat VS2000 ULTRA

Just got my new receiver a viewsat ultra and I do not know how to get started. Dont know how to program it. I know I need to download loader2 but I dont know where to find it or how to use it if I had it. Any help from anyone would be great.
