Wharfedale T1401 television tuning probs.

Hello,
I've got an old Wharfedale T1401 television, unfortunately I don't have a manual and have no idea how to tune it. There doesn't seem to be an auto tune/manual tune function when I scroll through all the menu features. can anyone help? thank u
