Most receivers are just over-priced outdated electronics stuffed in a shiny new box. From the above list, I'd recomment Captiveworks 600 premium. Inexpensive and very good support. But everyone should read and make up their own mind, of course.

It seems the GC "fix" was lying dormant, so to speak, the current bins for some receivers were ready, just needed keys.
