hi!! I have a question reguarding my sonicview 4000 that I just brought 5 days ago and had a saleperson plugged in everything for me. Anyways, I was just watching 119 yesturday just fine. But today the channel got scramble but the signal is still there. What does that mean? I changed the keys also.
Okay i have another problem. A change the new keys for DN already but some of the channels is still scramble. it works whenever I turn on and off the receiver for that particular channel that i want to watch. But when I want to watch another channel it said scramble. So now everything time i want to watch something i have to turn on and off the receiver. Is there any way to fix it? someone please help

i'm sorry if i'm not a big help on this cause i pay a saleperson to do everything for me and he didn't teach me swat!!!!! all he told me is if i need help then i should call him. But we all know it isn't for FREE. So, i appreciate it if someone help me and i try to give more specific info if needed. just one step at a time please. man i suck....

Have you identified your lnb type ?If yes tell us what kind ,check the coax connection there too while you at it.
