Hey Kevin - Good Info. This is a new project they are starting for Latin America and the Caribbean. In the Caribbean to get DN they were installing 4' dishes and were still having signal problems. I have property down there with two 6' dishes to get signal with out a problem, but now with this new Sat they can cut the size of dish...
It's been in the works for the past year now. But 4 tp's is better then none. Soon the Caribbean will be able to get rid of the 6 foot monsters and go with a more decent size dish.
