I have a eliptical dish . 2 LNB's Captive Works 600S . Sometimes the quality is there. Most of the time it is not. I have an 82 percent quality on 119. any suggestions on fine tuning my 110.
Are those two tps in your title the only ones you're having a hard time with, or is 110 as a whole just not as good as it was?
Sounds like you've been moving the dish around, trying to tune it. On an elliptical dish, it's a hell of a lot easier to peak it first on 110, then fine tune the skew for 119. The 110 should he in the center spot so if your mount is plumb, rotating (skewing) the dish won't affect it once you have it optimally pointed. Have your skew set first, then rotate until 119 comes in. If your mounting is off a little, you may have to adjust elevation/az. slightly to fine tune both for best quality.
