bwah cotto in 6 he has beat better southpaws before. Judah is a good fighter but has lost something. He has the hand speed in this fight but cotto is just to good. Should be a good fight but cotto in 6
Thought I would throw my two cents in here before the fight. Can't wait! I love fights like this. My breakdown is simply put, Cotto is good. He's solid, and has power. Is he the next Trinidad? Not even close.
Judah was great. Now he is simply a really good fighter. Cotto has the power, Zab has the speed. Cotto has handled south paws before, but not south paws who could fight, clean and or dirty, had the speed of Judah, and who once was a world champion.
Breakdown the calibur of fighters they have fought, and it's not even close for the taking:
Zab Judah ********** Mickey Ward Junior Witter DeMarcus Corley Cory Spinks Rafael Pineda Carlos Baldomir Floyd Mayweather
He's been KO'd (1) time. Other (3) defeats he took them all to the cards.
Miguel Cotto ************* Lovemore N'Dou Randall Bailey DeMarcus Corley Paul Malignaggi
Come on, two different worlds they've been fighting in. The fight will be good, at last we hope. Everyone will assume that Cotto will be agressive, and use his power. Fact is, Zab has fought better fighters than Cotto, with power, and speed, and stodd with them. You can't hit what you can't catch. I believe Mayweather shows that every night he goes to work.
I am not aying Zab is a Mayweather, but Cotto is also not a Trinidad.
Zab Wins on the Cards (Being faster, busier, and breaking Cotto down)
What I want in my heart is a Zab Win by KO in a shocking 8th Round.
if zabdiel fights like in his best days cotto has no chance against him...........but looking at their last 3 or 4 fights cotto has been the better fighter while zab has just been struggling most of the time......my bet is cotto in 9 rounds......but fighting at his best........his last fight sucked......
Those low blows by Cotto were devastating. He pulled a Judah (like when Judah fought Mayweather and intentionally low blowed him to keep from getting knocked out.) Judah didn't fight at all the remainder of the fight. I'm wondering if it was the effects of the low blows. I'm not taking anything from Cotto. He's a hell of a fighter.
