HAVE A USB CABLE THAT I USED WITH AN ADOPTOR BUT WHEN I PUT THE RECIVER ON WITH THE LOADER AND CHANGE THE COM PORT TO COM 3 , ITS SAYS PLEASE TURN THE RECIVER ON , WHEN ITS ALREADY ON I NEED YOUR HELP SO BAD , THANKS
A USB to serial converter gives you the equivalent of a straight RS 232 cable. Some receivers need a Null modem cable. If things do not work, it is best to go out and buy a null adaptor and attach in series. That way if you started with a straight RS232 you will end up with a Null, and if you started with a Null set up you will end up with a straight RS232.
