i have viewsat extreme and suddenly i dont have any channels after there was a loud thunder and it started raining heavly. is everyones dish gone or only mine and what is it i can do to get it working i live in toronto
It happened to me as well. Shut off the receiver with the switch at the back and after a full 40-50 seconds, turn receiver on again. My signals are back - not as high as before, but the picture is there.
