I recently just both a Coolsat 8000hd it's been delivered I'd just like to know where can I get more step by step instruction on how to program it never had or program a Coolsat before. Thanks before hand.
This unit won't give you DN HD broadcast without additional hardware. It is not an MPEG-4 decoder. only ATSC MPEG-2 QPESK which only being used by BEV. What you need is an 8PSK MPEG decoder over $250 on e-bay. It is just another SD receiver with 16:9 letter box. Bad deal DSStester-com or DSScentral-com will have bins and instructions.
It was so much cheeper to subscribe than buying this unit
