i just got the pansat 2700a receiver and hooked it up to my satellite dish, but I am not getting any channels. Am I doing something wrong? do I need a program or codes or something. Please help, I'm new at this thanx
ya you need to read first about the FTA and how it works and all that, its pretty straight forward. You need a bin file downloaded on to your receiver and a set of keys. With the combination of keys and bin files you get signals sent to your receiver. To get all the files and information regarding how to download and which one to download i will give u a list of sites you can visit you will need to register to read and post threir forums.
Cautin: Downloading wrong files will damage your receiver seriously, so read before you take any actions.

Hi Angelo, With scrambled channels, you can turn off autoroll and manually enter the keys. It is very possable that you have older software in as well, and a new bin would work with autoroll. Unless you are positively sure it is a real pansat, make sure to use a clone safe bin. If you need any helps please feel free to stop in at FTALife website for free help, bins, and software.
angelo listen to the one. he gave you good advise . go read first . go t0 pansat section you need a bl loader and the latest bin . then you need to make configuratio on your anthenna set up and you need to make sure your autoroll is on . good luck it;s for your own good to stop asking and start reading .
