found the missing tps, added them, but no quality. adjusting dish doesn't help... any ideas? specifically, echo 3, tp 12428...

If you have no quality then:
your dish is not aimed properly (aim your dish)
or
the channel moved from that TP and no other channel exists there (make sure your autoTP works). You might want to delete all your channels and do a blind scan to see if you get it back.
