i need some help i just got a different dish after hearing the direct tv dish with multi lnb phase III was hard to work with. i now have a dish network 500 with dual lnb . i believe sat 110 and 119 dual lnb any help into which direction i should point it ?? im in south texas so lets assume mexico is south and canada is north. thanks
aim towards mexico...use the satellite look calculators in the "RECOMMENDED reputable satellites " thread!
BTW...dual and Twin LNB's are different...a Dual LNB ONLY gets 1 satellite and has ONLY 1 "eye" (round white plastic covering)...and Twin has 2 'eyes' and gets 2 sats..
this one has got two eyes (white plastic coverings) not connected in any way. the mount it came with for the lnb's says 110 on one of them and 119 on the other. im assuming thats twin ??
