Anyone seen this problem with a horizontal rainbow like colored band appearing on the bottom of their Sony KDF-E42A10 or larger model? I e-mailed the picture to an authorized Sony repair shop but they have not yet come up with an answer. I also checked the lamp but that was not the problem.
It looks like an alignment issue, like when the guns on a vrt are too high and need to be brought down. My KDF55XS955 has some adjustments in its set up.
