Regarding Pansat 2700A, I downloaded new boot file(B75) and api file dated March 11. Quality and signal are excellent but when I try to scan to get the channels it just won't move over 0%. I have 61.5, 110 & 119. Please advise. Thanks in advance

LK, I have gone through all this and successfully downloaded everything. Now my TV screen also looks different than it was before. The problem is none of my sats. scan channels. It just keep scanning would not go beyond 0%. I checked switch and everything. Quality and signal both are excellent.
Sam...are U a long time experienced tester?...did your receiver ever work?..need much more info...
also suggest U use the pansat official satellite site... www.future-fta.info/forums ...people with possibly similiar problems have posted and resolved there...many various factors with testing FTA, and I have no idea what U have done or know about..
Instructions to fix Pansat 2700A with B75 upgrade without Jtagging.
For the Pansat 2700A users that updated their STBs to the B75 upgrade before March 10.2007 bin releases, here are the instructions how to fix their STB's back to B62.
1. Power up the STB and open the loader version 27.01 provided in here. 2. Connect the NULL cable to the PC and STB. 3. Proceed to load the « Pansat 2700 boot ». 4. After completed, you will see Night Rider Lights. 5. Load factory bin Pansat 2700A_061217_116_api.bin, wait until completed. Go to menu > System Information to check for the Boot 6.2 6. After you have verified that boot 6.2 is loaded to STB, proceed to load the X-87BL_070304_297_api.bin, wait until completed. 7. Now is time to scan the satellites of your choice.
The boot 6.2 was created by 35rem and I volunteer to tested for him. Working Great. Thank you very much 35rem for making this possible for all the Pansat 2700A users.
