No sound on one of the channel only picture

I get all channel (ASIAN HINDI) except one channel which gives only picture and there is no sound. ALl other channels are working OK. Any idea? The channel that is giving only picture and no sound is SETMX Please advise or give any indicators to rectify the same

If you are getting SET, it is unusual not to get SETMX. Try switching off at the back and on again. If not successful, you might recover everything by doing a TP scan of 12470(H)
