I have one disc and one receiver in my room and receive 61.5 signals. I want to have one more discand one more receiver in another room where I can receive american as well as hindi channels.
Keeping the dish aimed at 61.5 satellite for the international channels makes things more difficult but not a real problem..
First, your present LNB on the present 61.5 dish MUST have 2 outputs (thats called a DUAL LNB), or U cannot use it for 2 receivers..if only 1 output, then U can ONLY use it for 1 receiver
Buy a used 2nd dish with a Dish Pro (DP) Twin LNB (has 2 outputs AND receives 2 satellites, Dishnet (DN)110-119 or Bev 82-91) mounted on it..
Now U will need 2 disque switches...Run 1 cable from BOTH Dishes to EACH disque switch...then run a cable from each disque switch to each receiver..U must input the cables into the ports of EACH switch EXACTLY as listed below..
Then in BOTH your receivers U must setup the antenna/LNB/dish settings to
119-disque port #1 (DP LNB)...110-#2 (DP LNB)...61.5- #3 (standard LNB)
frequency -11250
perform scans of each satellite, upload latest bin, input latest keys ...watch TV..
Thats entirely up to U..U must aim/align the dish and LNBs correctly at the sats U want to catch their signals....some people can just aim it using nothing but instinct and logic, some use a compass, some use sat finders..there are thousands of dish pointing guides, calculators and tips posted here and other satellite forums..
is this some game, asking these questions?...are U goofing on me?...These can't be serious..
