Just got my Viewsat Ultra.. now what?!

Do i just need to download the latest .PGM file? are there other files i need to get started? can i just follow the flash the ultra using USB with the .PGM files or do i need a .sat and .cha file?? is there something else i need to do? im thinking: 1) install and plug satellite into Ultra 2) flash Ultrawith .PGM file 3) autoscan 4) voila is there something else im missing? thanks a lot.. cant wait!!
