What is happening is that you have another application running the same port that your are trying to use to download the receiver, you need to check, normally is something related to a synch device for a PDA like a palm or ipaq....
check the task bar for any application of that kind.
Thank you! that was the problem. I installed a Blackberry program last week and that was causing the trouble. I removed the Blackberry program and that fixed it. I did the bin upload without any problems...
