Can't control my motor with new pansat 295 bin ???

I had the 292 bin, and was able to control my motorized dish from my pansat 2700A but when i installed 295 bin (by the way what happened to 293-294 bins)i couldn't any more.
Does anyone think the affected the motor or might it be something else ???
