No Info?

I was just curious if anyone has the same problem.. I have BEV and on my guide when I'm looking up channels a lot of the time it comes up with "no information" where it should display what show is going to be playing. It usually shows up a few minutes before the show actually does start, but it's kind of annoying not knowing in advance what's coming on. I mean it's not a HUGE deal, but if anyone has any ideas why this might be happening, that'd be great. Thanks
