You can check the system info to see if the right BIN is there. A mistake some people make and are not aware of, is that they forget to set the date, the clock and the time zone. The EPG attemts to load the latest EPG info and freezes there. So get your date/time and zone correct. The rest is mentioned in my reply to Sam above. |

You can use BLs' BINs or Cahncynand's clonesafe BINs on genuine Pansat 2500A. You should not use the BINs without the T suffix on Pansat 2500 clones. The above information is for 2500a and 2500 clones only. |

The only way to awaken it is to do a J-tag. Go to a person who knows, and pay $30-60 and get it going. Fake or real - ask him to install a 286T BIN on it. This is a clonesafe BIN for all Pansat 2500 and clones and for fortec Lifetime Ultra. I have fortec lifetime ultra receiver and a dishnetwork DVR-625 receiver. Im using the same satellite input for both receivers. If I want to use the FLU receiver, I just unplug from the dishnetwork and plug into the FTU. When i switch back the the dishnetwork receiver, I'm getting a check switch error. Is anyone else having this problem or can anyone tell my why this is happening? I've already had dish network replace one receiver. Now my new one is having the same problem. Thanks |
