hello,
I am trying to connect my pansat 3500 to my laptop so I can upload the bin file, however the pansat is a 9 pin male and my laptop is a 15 pin female. Is there a cable i can use to directly connect these devices? I have a 9 pin female to 9 pin female cable. Maybe I can use a converter? I also have the 9 pin male to usb which proved to be useless. Can someone tell me what I can do.

Tom that 15 pin conn is most likely a VGA output.
you most likely have USB ports. Get a USB to serial adapter avail at any computer outlet
