Silver Member Username: Dude123Post Number: 644 Registered: Jul-06 | Has anybody tried bin 285 for Pansats, just want more input from others so more people know about it, its working fine for me so far. |
Silver Member Username: Dude123Post Number: 647 Registered: Jul-06 | No one has tried it yet???? |
Bronze Member Username: RunnerguyPluto Post Number: 42 Registered: Sep-06 | 283 bin run like Energizer Bunny on Pansat!! Why even try anything else?? auto-roll off. I have TP auto update off as well. |
Silver Member Username: Hawaiian_timeHawaii Post Number: 718 Registered: Apr-06 | I'm gonna update my pansat with the 285 bin tonight and let you know later. |
Silver Member Username: Dude123Post Number: 650 Registered: Jul-06 | zulu, I have 283 on one set and 285 on another box and beleive me there is a big difference between the channel change speed. So far its working great but i don't know for how long its gonna work good, there might be another bin file coming out tomorrow you never know so... try it out people and post your opinions, so other people know about the file 285. Thanx |
Silver Member Username: PukkaPost Number: 107 Registered: Aug-06 | i`ve got 284, is working good , but ive lost some channels like one disney channel |
Gold Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 5629 Registered: Jan-06 | All BL Pansat bins never change much...few and seldom improvements in past 3 years!,,,not ONLY in software , but hardware too.. |

Bronze Member Username: SatscannerNDS Laboratory Post Number: 57 Registered: Nov-06 | I have 285 and can't tell the difference between 281 282 283 284 285 , they all have sh*t epg and get info mixed up when u run both providers. Do u peeps really see any difference ? |
Bronze Member Username: SatscannerNDS Laboratory Post Number: 58 Registered: Nov-06 | Actually, I think, maybe 282 was better,or not. |
New member Username: FoxtrotFlorida USA Post Number: 4 Registered: Jul-06 | Bin 285 is working perfectly |
Gold Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 5631 Registered: Jan-06 | When all U ever use is a Pansat, then U don' t realize just how bad they really are...they were great like a "first" car, but once U upgrade then U realize how bad they are..NOTHING is "fast" in any Pansat..great first car for your 16yr child, but not for mom and pops who want comfort, speed, style and class..and less headaches.. Pansat = Ford escort.. Extremeview = BMW Viewsat = Lexus SUV Coo*lsat = Chevy Impala The rest = scooter Clones = catch the bus |
Bronze Member Username: LololPost Number: 37 Registered: Sep-06 | Ya its like Nalin=BMW The One=Mercedes Mc Sunny=Chevy Impala Minn Rock=Lexus SUV LK=catch the bus (not even scooter) |

Bronze Member Username: HanzPost Number: 96 Registered: Oct-06 | LK, just as long as the channels work, I don't think it really matters what receiver brand you use. Heh! Afterall, if you can watch a big boxing match on a Saturday night, does it matter if it's on a Pansat, or a Viewsat, or an ExtremeView, etc? No! Just as long as the darn channel works. |

Gold Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 5715 Registered: Jan-06 | Ranjeet...try this analogy... U live in FL and U want to go to NY...I find it much easier, faster, safer, and more comfortable to FLY than to walk!..and there are methods in between such as the train, bus, private car and motorcycle...but go for what makes the most sense! Extremeview is like flying first class, being waited on hand and foot by a beautiful stewardess and having shrimp and cocktails, and being there in 2.5 hours.. Pansat is like driving a beater Ford escort and getting 4 flat tires, running out of fuel, with a screaming wife and 4 screaming kids , no smokes, no food and drinks, and enduring 36 hours of hell....yes they BOTH had the same FINAL result, the plane and escort BOTH got U there, ...but which would U prefer? |
Silver Member Username: WakenbakePost Number: 303 Registered: Mar-06 | minn you are out of control-- just like dvd |
Silver Member Username: Minn_rockPost Number: 782 Registered: Aug-06 | U STARTED THIS SH1T AND I WILL END THIS SH1T..MY CAPS DIDN'T BOTHER ANYONE..JUST U... |
Bronze Member Username: HanzPost Number: 99 Registered: Oct-06 | LK, good analogy, works for me. But in simpler terms, are you saying that Extremeview doesn't have the same problems as other receivers such as manually inserting keys, etc? What improvements would I see if I went out and bought an Extremeview to replace my Pansat 2500 clone? |
Silver Member Username: WakenbakePost Number: 304 Registered: Mar-06 | its time someome did, caps is yelling i hope your previous post is NOT a threat |

Gold Member Username: LklivesPost Number: 5718 Registered: Jan-06 | Ranjeet...read the thread "Extremeview magnum reviews"... 200 CPU...32 ram etc its more powerful, faster, great quality picture, 7 day EPG, simple to use, no autoroll problems, great software support same as VS, easiest loader to use, no questions asked warranty, can use 102 or 103 rom cards in future if FTA goes down,...just to name a few..if U visit other sites, this is the cadillac of all receivers...all owners love this machine...all coders love this machine.. |

Bronze Member Username: SatscannerNDS Laboratory Post Number: 71 Registered: Nov-06 | Bin 285 is losing channellist .Channels that were scanned and saved disappear from list. This happened on a older bin while back but can't remember whish one.Just a new bin with same old problem. It seems EVERY bl bins has BUGS. To fix one bug he/they create another and it never stops. SO as LK said before ALL BL bins are bug ridden. I agree.I'm switching back to 284. |
New member Username: H346224Post Number: 3 Registered: Jun-06 | how do you get the latest bins for Coolsat5000 please? |
