I have a Denon 1920 model still under warranty 8 months old in Canada I believe this model is discontinued. The problem I have is that moved the DVD player from one shelf to another connected the HDMI cable to the DVD output and no video. On futher investigation I found that the one pin on the HDMI connecter pin had come off, so I sent it to Denon Canada for repair, they came back to me stating that the output was damaged due to user abuse,they went on to say that the HDMI output could not be replaced as an individual part and that they had to replace the whole board at a cost of 370 $ canadian and no warraty repair. Could someone please help me with advice on what I should do or if you may have had a similar experience.
