Receiver identification help

hey guys, my dad brought over hsi freinds receiver for me to fix and i dont know whatt kind of receiver it is. it says X-Dream 9000 and thats about all?
any idea?

i found out through google it requires a digiwave 7000 bin file but after that its really complicated i have no idea what to do next the place to put the key is 32 letters and numbers just for key 00 and 32 for ley 01 so im stilll tryin to figure out but thank you jennifer

This is C/P.Hope its what you need.
How to enter keys manualy.

1- Press MENU
2- Scroll down to System Setting.
3- Press OK. If you see a red *** in the botton/left of your screen, go to step 5
4- Enter number 1004. A red *** will come out at ur bottom left. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO THIS STEP w/ lastest bins.
5- Press red button (audio).
6- Press right arrow until NAGRA appears in the first line.
7- Down arrow up to Provider and right arrow up to 0001.
8-Now scroll down to first key line and press OK. scroll to the letters and number and enter Key 00. Get keys from Maestra or another site or using a key grabber program
9-Scroll down to second key line, press ok. and enter key 01
10- Scroll To Save Key and
11- Press OK.
12- Exit and Enjoy

Sorry further study shows that there is no fix for the digiwave 7000 at this time.Maybe santa will bring one yet but most likly just a lump of coal.

Try it.Then say whats what.All reports are that it dont work.And you thought PS sucked.
