U upload latest working bin into ur receiver (via cable that is usually included). 3. U blind scan (assuming ur dishes are aimed correctly) * bin will "magically" make ur tv come alive with many beautiful pictures from many many stations. And u don't even have to pay for it. IT'S MAGICAL!  |
