To install it in your receiver, you will need another peice of software called the uploader. You will also need a computer and a cable from your computer to the the receiver. There are many BINs - it depends on the name of receiver. There two or three good uploaders. Once you have ascertained the name of your receiver go to one of the sites below and go to the section related to your receiver. Read up about installing a new BIN, and the type of BIN you need. If you post the name of your receiver, somebody here will be able to tell you which BIN and which cable. Allow yourself reading time of about 2 hours, then you will decide whether you are up to it or not. |

The latest BIN for it will be in the Pansat 2700A section - It came out about 1-2 days ago, so you will recogrnise it. It is called x-87bl_061027_282_api.zip (592.5 KB) The uploader is called X-87BL Loader v27.01 [X-87BL].zip (112.9 KB) Read about uploading and other instructions, and select the uploader advised. If you have questions, please post them to the open forum as I will not be in for the next 6 hours. Be detailed and precise, so people cna answer you. The cable you need is a called null DB9 FF cable. Straight cable will not work. Null cable has pins 2 going to pin 3 at the other end and vice versa. is the home site of Pansats. You will need Winzip, to unzip the files before using them. www.winzip.com will give you the latest version for a free 3 month trial. Best of luck Nutanvarshbhinandan. |

It was a good BIN, but as posted by AV and others it has some defects. I am posting the following BIN, a 284T for Pansat 2500 clones, including Fortec Lifetime Ultra. I believe it is by the real Chancysand. I have not tried it yet. I do not think we should just jump and install the latest BIN. All software requires to go through Beta-testing phase. It is undergoing such testing at other sites. In the meantime, you may try it if you want to' Use the BL 1.4 updater.
