I have updated the above keys in VS extreem. But still getting no channel. I have two DISH and DEV keys. I updated accordingly but no result. Anybody guide me. I have autoroll on, should I turn it off. Please help
you dont need nag2 on dick net just go to nag and go to dishnetwork 010100 and put the new keys make sure do not put anything on the first 2 letters on each line leave it alone.
Adnan you must turn Autoroll OFF in order to get around the recent Dish "trick" of Fake Key changes...so turn your Autoroll OFF then input right Keys and it should work
leave the 88 89 alone all the first 2 letters on all the lines then you will have 8 sets of keys otherwise if you change the 88 and 89 then you will need 9 set of keys
So how do you enter the keys for the Viewsat extreme when there is not enough boxes to enter the data? It''s stops half way through the list of keys as you run out of room?
here are the steps i followed for extreme and all is great! This is going on if you are programming for BEV. If not, use keys provided for Dish and enter them on Dish not Bev
Make sure autoroll is OFF -Menu, options, scroll down to autoroll and make sure its off.
To input keys:
hit "menu" button 3- installation 0000 pin code scroll down to "Code" -ok scroll down to "Nagra"-ok using left arrow button on remote scroll over until you reach BEV LEAVE THE FIRST SET OF 2 NUMBERS ON EACH LINE ALONE, DO NOT CHANGE THEM Step over thoes and enter the keys given: 4F 11 A4 DB 3E 22 85 78 6D FC 54 38 A4 05 20 A9 5B 14 37 7E 7A 73 3C 38 C0 68 D5 A9 57 C2 13 D5
scroll back up to the "BEV" bar at the top and click exit, and SAVE!
1.menu then 2.code then 3.nagra. then 4. dishnetwork 010100 5. their r 4 lines of keys . 6. on 88 put the 6 sets of keys leave the 88 7. on 89 put the other 6 sets of keys do not change the 88 and 89 leave them alone. and save on exit and makse sure autoroll is of its on the menu then options.
if this dont help the let me know and also let u know that do not change the 56 to 70 i have 56 on my viewsat extreem and its working fine.
By mistake I change the keys that were on line 08 & 09. Anybody let me know what key should I enter on line 08 & 09. I have updated the line 88 & 89 with the current key.
Hi Holla I tried entering my 2 sets of keys on 2 lines for each set but to still no avail. I put 2 lines for 88 and 2 for 89 as if I don't put 88 & 89 for each there won't be enough spaces to fill in as I will be short a space. So what do I do, 1 line for each set is not enough, and 2 lines for each are too much?
The key works, just pay attention put the Keys where it says dishnetwork 010100. Ther is other Dishnetwork on mine and it did not work. It must be showing 010100 on the top beside the Dish thing..cheers...(-:
Ok, here is how it did work for me. when choosing NAGRA, you will find Polsat13, move left you will find DISH (you do not need to change anything there), move left again and you will find BEV, move left one more time and you will find DISH 010100. There is where you wanto to change the keys. Since I made a mistake firts, I change the keys on both. (-: It is working. Ah, Autoroll is off.
