Have a FLU and couldn't get BEV. Verified both active and inactive keys (had to manually enter active key) and noticed that in the inactice key to keys were off, repaired that and still had no luck (of course I had followed advice about turning off autoroll)..after much frustration I enabled the autoroll again and had pic within seconds...hope this helps
