Ive had the problem of trying to write the Bin to my Pansat 2700a, where with either Blacklist 1.4 it says "Write Faild [ER1]" or with BL3.33 it just stays at 0%. Here is what i did to get it to work with BL3.33 (comes with the pansat bin download at dsscentral), Make sure your pansat is powered, and then while it is stuck at 0%, switch the sattellite off from the back then turn it back on... it should start writing from there. Hope this helps, it worked for me.

Fot the 2700 clone, I used GTROM LOADER and that Dinero tivo bin, and had no troubles at all. 2 minutes and has been running smoothly for like a week now :-)
