i recently bought a Denon DVD player and now am having issues with it so i am going to return it. i am trying to decide between these two players. the pioneer seems like the better choice because it has the iLink and weighs almost twice as much. the marantz has a 3 year warranty and the pioneer elite has 2 year. does anyone have any opinions on these players? i see pioneer elite is coming out with a Blue Ray player but it is $1500 and i am hesitant to buy a blue ray player or an hd dvd player anyway.
