Hello Toker The TP Freqs. match with the ones on LYNGSAT. Receiver Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra. Dish Fortec Star (90) cm Motor Stabs HH 100 LNB Invacom QPH-031 output Two (2) Linear and Two (2) Circular.
Iam trying and your guys up with the jokes LOL Look guys besides Dish alignment could there be something that Iam not doing wright.I know that Iam wright on Galaxy 10R KU. I receive all the channels as listed on Lyngsat Freq. 11720 V tp 1 & 11800 V tp 5 . When I scan it come up NO SIGNAL. If any of you TOP DOGS don't come up with an answer soon I guess I have to build a set of steps to my roof.
Whats your lnb freq set at? 10750/standard? Using a switch? Signal strength????Leval and Quality??? Sure your pointed at it.No signal quality means either the dish isnt pointed right or the receiver has the wrong settings. Also the LINEAR LNB must be skewed correctly.
Hello HERB Thanks for trying to help. The only thing that Iam not sure of is the LNBF skew is set correctly. On a motorized dish I was told to set it on 0
Im using a stationary old primestar dish and lnb. Dont know about the newer lnbf. When i first tried to hit g10r all i could hit was 121w echo ? and 129W.Found that with the primestar dish the lnb can be turned right, left. There is a skew guage that goes from -45 to +45.121w the skew must be set to +40.For 123w to -40. The receivers have a skew setting in antenna setup. It has no effect on the lnb im using. Not sure if it effects anything but may with the lnb your using. The 121w and 123w birds are so close together that i can turn the lnb in one direction and receive 121w in the other and receive 123w without having to move the dish.Cant hit both at the same time.
I used a sat finder and found 121w.60% sig.blind scan verified 121w.Skew at 0. I finaly found 123w just a hair and i mean even less to the west but only got sig.quality at 10% no matter what i did.A blind scan found a couple chanells but not watchable. Then turned the lnb and had someone watch the sig meter on the receiver go up as i turned the lnb. Same applied to 129w the skew was the same as 121w.Could hit that bird also easily.Kept hitting 121w and 129w until i changed the lnb skew at the dish.Your lnb may be adjustable from the receiver setup menu. Not sure what it does. When i set the skew for 121w i get 100% sig.For 123w 60% to 100% across the 12 tps i found with blind scan.
Found something on 11893V(Atlanta operations and scheduling).Signal on 11840v but no chanells found. All others no signal.Only have the vertical side connected on my primestar.Very little on Horizontal anyway.
Win some lose some. What was it that solved your problem?Skew?Settings? ???? Glad i could help. When it comes to TRUE FTA Ill bend over backwards to help.Cause 99% only use for piratacy. To little TRUE FTA info.
