Any advice please? Can I fit a new dvd player to an old TV which has no scart connection i.e will the existing connection used with a VHS player suffice?
No. You need a minimum of a scart or S-video connection, if the Tvs that old that it only has a arial connection, then its pointless popping a DVD player on it!
