Wednesday, August 30, 2006 - 16:44 GMT I have a Viewsat Platinum VS2000. My daughter hit a button/s on the remote and now the screen shows black/white (grayscale). ***How do I change it back to colour?*** I have went through all the colour settings on the menu, no Luck! Checked online to see if anyone had same problem, no luck! Please help a girl out, I'm all out of luck.

Wednesday, August 30, 2006 - 18:13 GMT Hi, "Yes" I've tried turning off the main power switch at the back, left it off for a few minutes, no luck. Also tried unplugging it , no success.

Thursday, August 31, 2006 - 09:22 GMT I had that happen once before with my platinum, was caused by trying to change the video settings with the text button(contrast, brightnes ect..)as soon as i went to custom everything went B&W. What i did to fix it, was load the factory bin then the new bin and it was fixed.
