Hey VR if you buy one be careful there are some websites that sell it. Mostly in Canada I think it's illegal to buy it here in the U.S. You will need to do a lot of reading and skizlls.
If you find someone let me know I have a card that needs to be unlocked too. I don't trust the Canadians they wanted me to send them $20 bill with the card in a Express envelope. They would not take money order why I have no idea.
