DVD recorder w/ variable rec mode & chapt editing

I am looking to purchase a DVD recorder to record DVD-R's and would like the following capabilities. The ability to clear and set the chapter markers before finalizing. Has variable record mode (I thinks this is call bit setting???) Any suggestions would be appreciated Michael in Colorado Springs

There are some that let you set the increments, 5 min, 10 min, etc, but you can't insert chapters where you want.
